Oxlade-Chamberlain was sold by Arsenal on deadline day for £40million after Wenger claimed for months that he would not be allowed to leave.
The 24-year-old had his first day at Liverpool on Wednesday and was greeted with a big hug from manager Jurgen Klopp.
But Wenger is refusing to be bitter about losing Oxlade-Chamberlain and believes his departure will allow young players to break into the team.
