Record snow and frigid temperatures grip much of U.S.

Nearly 65 million people are facing bitter cold temperatures from the Rockies to the Northeast. NBC’s Ron Allen reports for TODAY from Erie, Pennsylvania, which is dealing with historic amounts of snow. Dylan Dreyer forecasts how long the frigid conditions will last.
