While this initial mission is intended to harmlessly burn up in the atmosphere, future missions may focus on returning cargo.

The company’s inaugural spacecraft, ForgeStar-0, was unfortunately lost due to the Virgin Orbit launch failure from the UK in January 2023. A subsequent mission, initially planned for later that year, faced postponement for undisclosed reasons. Parabolic Flight Tests
