Kris Marshall, celebrated for his role as detective Humphrey Goodman, returns to television screens tonight in the third series of the popular BBC crime drama spin-off, Beyond Paradise. Viewers will recall the actor’s initial debut in the part when he joined the original BBC series back in 2014, quickly becoming a fan favorite.

Despite being “fired” in the ninth week by Al-Fahim, Hannah Dodkin made a strong impression on producers. She was invited back as a wild card contestant and ultimately emerged as a joint winner, claiming half of the substantial $1,000,000 prize.

Reflecting on her experience, Hannah Dodkin commented at the time, “I feel genuinely proud of my achievement. My prior experience as a plumber proved incredibly beneficial in understanding the technical aspects of the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates.”
She further added, “It also gives me a slightly different perspective. Being a woman working on a construction site in the Middle East is certainly less common than it is back home.”
“Learning a trade teaches you that sometimes the most direct route is through an obstacle, even if it demands extra time and effort. It instilled in me the determination to persevere and not be discouraged by initial setbacks.”
