Cheryl drinks this to maintain her body and baby weight loss – what is it?

Cheryl spoke about her work out plan and diet with Dermot O’Leary on his Radio 2 show in late June.

It is no secret the presenter, singer and dancer takes good care of her physique.

She gave birth to her son with Liam Payne in March 2017.

The stunning star sprung back into shape after her first child.

So how exactly does Cheryl do it?

She revealed she drinks a very specific weight loss drink.

When asked by Dermot if she drink hot water with lemon she told the host and radio listeners: “Or apple cider vinegar.”

She added: “Oh my god, coffee – please, coffee. For me it’s consistency, I used to do things once or twice and forget about it. You’ve got to do it for a few months before you see results.”

Apple cider vinegar has been around for years. It has properties which can help burn fat, suppress the appetite and even stop people from gaining weight at all.

A study published in the US National Library of Medicine tried apple cider vinegar out on 144 obese people and everyone who drank this lost weight.

Over the course of 12-weeks, those who had one tablespoon of vinegar a day lost an average of 2.6lb and their waist slimmed down by half an inch.

Cheryl also drinks an interesting creation, celery juice.

She said: “The celery juice is very recent for me. It’s not my favourite vegetable to be honest, but it’s doable.

“So somebody said I should follow this guy on Instagram, he was getting so many testimonials – he’s called the Medical Medium – and he thinks you should drink 16oz (half a litre) of celery juice on an empty stomach in the morning before you have anything else, and it’s healing for your organs.”

While there is little evidence to show celery has healing properties for the organs, exercise is also good for your health.

Cheryl reveals she sees trainer Tracy Anderson to help her stay trim.

“It’s a workout system where she thinks you should use your tiny muscles rather than your major ones as a woman to lean you rather than bulk you,” she said.

“She uses the heat to tone your skin. It’s not hotbox yoga, you sweat – it’s the same temperature as hot yoga but its a different method. It’s muscular and then cardio.”
