An expert has revealed to Express.co.uk the things that Kate must make sure doesn’t do in the run up to giving birth to her third child.
One thing that the royal must make sure not to do while pregnant is to go a long time without eating, especially as she suffers from a severe form or morning sickness.

CABA’s expert Nutritionists at The Natural Alternative said: “It has been well documented that Kate suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum – severe morning sickness – which is usually worse between 8 and 12 weeks.
“In fact, up to 85 per cent of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and it can leave you feeling hungry and wanting to eat more regularly.”
The experts said that sickness is worse for pregnant women when their blood sugar levels are low.
They add: “Try grazing on a healthy snack every two hours.”
What is more, the duchess must make sure not to skip taking her vitamins and supplements while pregnant.
CABA added: “As well as a healthy diet, many expectant mums also turn to prenatal supplements to improve their chances of producing a healthy baby; but knowing what to take and why can be a minefield.”
