The extraordinary claim was made by a man calling himself Noah via an interview on conspiracy theory YouTube channel ApexTV. Noah, whose face is pixelated in the video, is connected to what the narrator claims is a lie-detector during the video. He asserts he was sent back to 2018 as punishment for being part of a team which failed a Government sponsored mission in 2030.
Noah asserted: “Time travel is released to the public in 2028.
“Also in 2028 aliens are confirmed as real.
“This is proven when aliens enter the Earth’s atmosphere and end up landing all over the Northern Hemisphere.”
He adds contact is made between humans and aliens, with the human delegation to the meeting being made up of senior politicians and other influential people.

At no point does the alleged lie-detector intervene to say Noah is being untruthful.
Noah claims the aliens “do not look like humans at all” but are still “carbon based life forms like us”.
Over time it is proven humans and aliens can coexist peacefully, whilst learning about each others biology and culture.
According to Noah, the aliens will have more advanced space travel technology.
However, they will be “amazed as how specialised we are at taking care of our planet.
“They don’t know that farming exists, they never mass produce anything so seeing us do this is just shocking to them.”
Noah also deals with the more immediate future, claiming Donald Trump will definitely be reelected as President in 2020.
However, a number of Youtube users took issue with the assertions.
One commented: “I’ll believe him if he tells us something that will happen in the next three months. Not 10 to 12 years”.
Another added: “To believe this rubbish you have to be so incredibly gullible”.
