In this evasive maneuver, the Kia Cadenza crossed the center line and collided head-on with a southbound 2017 Kia Sorento.”
Louisiana State Police further alleged that Lacy drove around the accident site and then fled “without stopping to provide assistance, contact emergency services, or report his connection to the crash.”
