The fashion model was Donald Trump’s first wife, and the pair married in 1977.
She is the mother of Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.
Though she has been married four times, Ivana has only had children with the US President.
Formerly Ivana Zelníčková, the Czech blonde is 68-years-old.

Ivana told the New York Post: “[There’s] this tall blond guy with blue eyes.
“He said, ‘I’m Donald Trump and I see you’re looking for a table. I can help you.’
“I look at my friends and said, ‘The good news is, we’re going to get a table real fast. The bad news is, this guy is going to be sitting with us.'”
Donald paid for the meal, and was sat outside the restaurant waiting for her in the driver’s seat of his limousine.
She said: “He drove us home and then we started to date.”
Ivanka Trump, 35, shared a throwback snap of her mum in a tribute.
The photo, posted to commemorate US Mother’s Day on May 14 showed the adorable little Ivana Trump dressed in pink kissing her beauty queen mother on the nose.
