During the 10th season premiere of the reality series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise opened up to her co-stars about her child support dispute with Charlie Sheen. Denise has two daughters with the Two and a Half Men alum, Lola and Sam.
Us Magazine reported on comments from Teddi Mellencamp which the reality star stated would really “p*ss” Denise Richards off. According to Mellencamp, the 54-year-old actor, Sheen, dropped a statement in which he called out Denise for being a “coward.”
His “day in court is painfully overdue,” Sheen’s statement purportedly read. Richards looked shocked by the claim. She said to her co-star, “he called me a coward?” Richards went on to laugh at his statement, claiming he had said much worse things in the past, so it wasn’t a huge deal.
Denise went on to tell her two co-stars, Erika Jayne, and Garcelle Beauvais, that Mr. Sheen hadn’t sent her child support paychecks “in over a year.” The reality star claims Sheen is actually fortunate she never took him to court because it causes a lot of problems for everyone, including anxiety, the actress remarked.
Her co-stars went on to urge Denise to consider getting a powerful attorney to handle her problems once and for all, but Denise seemed resistant to the idea. At the dinner table, Erika called her husband, Tom Girardi and asked for advice about the dispute.

With all that said and done, Denise seemed uninterested in taking the matter to court. The star revealed she had every intention of handling the supposed overdue custody payments once she finally gets back to Los Angeles.
During her confessional, Denise stated she “appreciate(d) the f*cking advice,” but she knows how to handle her problems, moreover, she knows how to handle Charlie.
