WWE Superstar John Cena Undergoes Hair Transplant Following Fan Scrutiny

The iconic John Cena is currently sporting a new look, or rather, a look in progress. The WWE legend is allowing his hair to grow back after recently undergoing a hair transplant. This cosmetic procedure was reportedly prompted by remarks from wrestling enthusiasts concerning what Cena described as a “bald spot.”

Cena Addresses Fan “Bullying” Over Hairline

During a public recording of The Pat McAfee Show on April 21, Cena, one day after his WrestleMania 41 victory over Cody Rhodes, openly addressed the audience feedback. “You all relentlessly criticized me for a hereditary issue beyond my control,” Cena stated to the crowd. “Collectively, you chant and make me feel insignificant and humiliated.”

The 47-year-old performer further elaborated on the impact of fan reactions, mentioning the prevalence of “bald spot signs.” He continued, “That is unequivocally harassment and unacceptable. I appreciate you pressuring me into surgical hair restoration. That’s the extent to which you pushed me.”

Hair Transplant Procedure Details

Cena revealed that he underwent the hair transplant in November. During the operation, medical professionals harvested hair follicles from the sides of his scalp and implanted them on the top of his head to address the thinning area.
