The purported effort by Scott to evict Korenberg and their daughter occurred shortly after Korenberg sought Scott’s consent to introduce their daughter to her new boyfriend. This request, detailed in court filings, came after Korenberg had been in a relationship for five months.
Relocation Request and Financial Concerns
Court documents further indicate that Korenberg is requesting judicial authorization to relocate with her and Scott’s daughter more than 20 miles away from Scott’s residence. She states that residing in the affluent California suburb is no longer financially viable following her separation from Scott. Conversely, Korenberg alleges that Scott insists she and their child remain within a 20-mile radius of his Malibu home.

“My daughter and I will be rendered homeless. I lack the financial means to secure housing in Malibu. Furthermore, remaining in Malibu presents safety risks, as we have evacuated multiple times due to wildfires,” Korenberg stated in the court documents.
In her legal filing, Korenberg also highlights Scott’s “substantial financial resources and assets.” She mentions his “debt-free Malibu home valued at over $10 million, and an unoccupied debt-free residence in Venice worth over $4 million,” attributing his wealth to his successful acting career spanning over two decades.
