Dylan Efron Details Beach Rescue: Could He Be the Next Baywatch Star?

Dylan Efron, brother of Hollywood actor Zac Efron, recently recounted a dramatic rescue at South Beach, sparking speculation about whether he might follow in his brother’s footsteps and become the next star associated with beachside action, perhaps even in a project reminiscent of Baywatch. This comes after Dylan Efron addressed fan curiosity about his viral photos.

Heroic Rescue at South Beach

The Traitors winner shared details of his heroic actions, explaining how he saved two women from potentially drowning during a visit to South Beach on April 5. Efron was walking along the shore when the unexpected event unfolded.

Describing the incident on the “Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast” episode aired on April 17, Dylan Efron stated, “It was truly unexpected. I looked out and saw people yelling in the water. The ocean currents were incredibly strong.”

He recounted witnessing five individuals in distress, “their hands raised and shouting for help.” Efron further noted the absence of lifeguards in the vicinity.

Swift Action and Team Effort

The 33-year-old personality, accompanied by his friends Brennan and Sam Asghari, a fellow alum from Traitors and the former spouse of Britney Spears, quickly responded to the emergency.

Recounting the final rescue, Efron described his efforts to reassure a distressed woman. “As I swam the last girl to shore, I focused on calming her, urging her to breathe,” he explained. “Upon reaching safety, she embraced me in a long, tight hug, expressing her relief and gratitude. I reassured her that she was safe.”
