Customers can achieve impressive savings, up to 89% off, on select vegetable items, ideal for crafting the perfect Easter roast dinner.

Morrisons Launches Easter Vegetable Price Cuts

To take advantage of these deals, shoppers need a Morrisons More Card. Starting today and running through Easter Sunday (April 20th), loyalty card holders can purchase 1kg of British carrots, 500g of British parsnips, and a British whole swede for a mere 8 pence each. Premium selections are also included in the promotion, with ‘The Best’ potatoes 2kg offered at a “better than half price” of just £1.10.

Recent research by Which? indicates that utilizing a More Card at Morrisons results in noticeable cost savings compared to shopping without one.

In March 2025, Morrisons was identified as the fourth most economical supermarket based on a shopping list of 203 items. With a More Card, the total cost of these items averaged £522.27, whereas without the loyalty card, the cost increased to £534.80.

Breakdown of Vegetable Discounts

Carrots have seen an 88% price drop, decreasing from 69p for a 1kg bag to only 8p. Parsnips are subject to an 89% reduction this week, from 75p down to 8p.

A whole swede is now priced 87% lower than its regular price this week, reduced to 8p from 62p. ‘The Best’ Potatoes have been significantly discounted from £2.30 to £1.10, representing a 52% saving.

This promotional offer on popular roast vegetables, spanning from spring carrots to roast potatoes, is valid from Monday, April 14th to Sunday, April 20th.
