LA Rams receiver Drake Stoops has been suspended without pay after violating the league’s performance-enhancing substances policy, the NFL announced on Tuesday.
Stoops, the son of former Oklahoma football coach Bob, will have to miss the first two games of the season.
However, he will be allowed to participate in training camp and preseason games.
The receiver, who joined the franchise as an undrafted free agent last year, has yet to appear in a regular season game.
He spent last season on the practice squad.
