The Hamptons party scene is expected to be wild this July Fourth weekend as residents continue to re-emerge to socialize.
Fanatics mogul and 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin — who bought a $50 million mansion in Bridgehampton earlier this year — is hosting a star-studded “white party,” we hear, at his new home. Invitations came with custom white bottles of Jay-Z’s Ace of Spades champagne, and sources are buzzing that even the most A-list invitees are only allowed to bring one guest.
We hear that numerous locals who didn’t make the list have been offering $15,000 and $20,000 for an invitation to the party — but that the list is being kept totally private.
Guests at Rubin’s previous events, including his starry Super Bowl bashes, have included Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Drake, Kendall Jenner, Robert Kraft, Kevin Hart, Emily Ratajkowski and others. Bottles of high-end Ace of Spades usually go for around $500, and actor Ryan Phillippe posted a clip of himself opening Rubin’s champagne invitation with the caption, “The most baller invitation ever.”

Last year, coronavirus canceled Washington Post heiress Lally Weymouth’s big July Fourth Hamptons bash, but Saturday night the fancy shindig is back at her Southampton mansion.
The event, which unites hundreds of politicians, financiers and socialites over fried chicken, cornbread, champagne and American flag cookies, celebrates her July 3 birthday and the holiday.
“Lally throws the big power party,” a regular told us last year. “It was always a summer high point in the Hamptons because it’s always the big players who attend and it’s completely bipartisan.” Ivanka Trump once danced among guests including Sen. Chuck Schumer, Ray Kelly and Steven Spielberg.
Others spotted at her parties have included: Rudy Giuliani, Monica Crowley and Jeanine Pirro.
Meantime, the Cinema Society’s Andrew Saffir held a premiere for Marvel’s “Black Widow” on Friday night in East Hampton followed by a VIP dinner at a private home.
Also out East: EDM trio Cheat Codes will play the Southampton pop-up of Miami’s Pilos Beach Club.
And to recover from it all, Hero Beach Club has set up something called a “meditative sound bath with luxury scents” on Monday, from CosmicRx and Neom Organics.
