Food recall UK: Iceland, Asda, Sainsbury's and Aldi issue urgent warning amid health fears

Food recall warnings are issued when a food product is thought to be unsafe for consumers. These are the latest updates from Iceland, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Aldi.

“They may contain almonds and hazelnuts (nuts) and peanuts.”

This would make the product dangerous for anyone who has an allergy or intolerance to milk, nuts, wheat or soya.

Packs of 18 bars with the best before date of June 30, 2021 have been recalled.

A notice from Iceland stated: “All consumers who have bought this product with the above date code should not consume them.

“Please return to any Iceland store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required.”
