EastEnders spoilers: Denise Fox uncovers Sheree Truman’s secret as she leaves Walford?

EastEnders has seen tension at an all-time high in recent weeks as Sharon Mitchell (played by Letitia Dean) and Keanu Taylor’s (Danny Walters) affair is soon to be uncovered in explosive scenes. However, it looks as though another resident, Sheree Truman (Suzette Llewellyn) is left in hot water next week after Denise Fox (Diane Parish) uncovers some new information about her.

Tonight, the soap’s official Twitter account dropped a trailer which seemed to confirm which residents of Walford will be the main focus of events over the Christmas period.

The trailer gave viewers a taste of drama to come as Linda Carter’s alcoholism will spiral out of control in the New Year leaving her and Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) at breaking point.

Another duo who look to be featured heavily is Denise Fox and Sheree Truman who have had a turbulent relationship since she arrived in Walford back in the summer.

“No need to thank me Denise,” Sheree says in the trailer, with Denise glaring on in the background.

This surely won’t be the last Walford will see of Sheree but fans will have to wait until next week to find out what she has been hiding.

It comes just a few months after fans were convinced Sheree and her mum Wanda were both serial killers after the latter left with Ted (Christopher Timothy) back in the summer.

Sheree had told Denise her mum Wanda had previously stood in trial for murder but viewers never got more answers.

“Just a misunderstanding over the death of her last husband, but thankfully it all blew over,” she told Denise.

At the time, some BBC viewers believed Sheree and Wanda had a mysterious background and could cause both Patrick and Ted harm.

Little about Sheree’s past has been revealed on screen as of yet but it looks like it’s all about to change over Christmas.

What dark secret is Sheree hiding and will she leave Patrick heartbroken when the truth comes out?

Could Denise ask her policeman boyfriend Jack to do some digging on Sheree and discover something more sinister?

EastEnders continues on Monday at 8pm on BBC One
