According to sources who spoke to The Sun, Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe, 36, is set to be swapping soap land for the jungle.
“Jen is perfect for the jungle, she’s really funny and attractive and she loves a challenge,” the insider told the publication.
“She hasn’t signed yet but bosses are really keen to get her on the show. She’s been into ITV for meetings.”
The actress would be following in the footsteps of Malique Thompson-Dwyer, 21, who took part in the show last year.
