Amid rumors about Ramona Singer trying to get Missy Pool to join the Real Housewives of New York, her co-star, Luann de Lesseps is teasing fans on who they can expect or not to actually become a new member of the show’s cast. Will Missy really appear on RHONY next season like her frenemy is reportedly gunning to make happen?
While a guest on SiriusXM’s The Michelle Collins Show, the host mentioned the rumors, wondering if they’re true.
Hearing this, Luann was quick to deny the speculations, saying: ‘I don’t think that’s going to happen. I think they already cast somebody else. Can’t tell you who but I think they did.’
Michelle wanted some hints, asking the Housewife if the new castmate is married or single but Luann managed to keep the secret.
‘Don’t quote me. I can’t tell you. I don’t know that much about this person.’
Well, then it’s definitely not Missy since she and Luann are very familiar.
After all, Missy previously dated Luann’s former husband, Tom D’Agostino so they really have quite the interesting link that could have played well and brought a lot of drama if they were to star together on RHONY.
Not to mention that, Tom’s relationship with Missy even apparently contributed to their marriage ending.
During season nine’s finale, he actually told Missy he still gets ‘chocked up’ when he sees her, suggesting that the feelings were still there.

Sure enough, one source previously told HollywoodLife that ‘Ramona knows having Missy join would be great for TV. Ramona and Lu are not in the best of places, and Ramona would like another ally as well. Ramona knows how much it’d get under Lu’s skin if Missy joined. She thinks that Missy would be a great fit, so she made the introduction and pitched the idea.’
