Love Island 2019 last night (Sunday, July 7) asked the public to vote for their favourite couple, with the least favourite of the cast leaving the ITV2 series villa tonight. ITV2 viewers votes meant that two people were dumped from the series, becoming the 14th and 15th people to have left this year. Amy Hart was not dumped from the Love Island villa tonight, but will be seen leaving the show tomorrow.

Danny Williams and Jourdan Riane were the couple who were dumped from the Love Island villa.
In the public vote, they received the least number of votes and so were ousted from Love Island.
When asked by ITV what she thought about being part of the least popular couple, Jourdan said: “I was really surprised by the dumping!
“I don’t think people dislike me or Danny, I just think more people voted for other couples over us.

“I think because we were chilled and happy, people thought we were already safe.
“I’m such a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I just think me and him are not meant to be in there anymore.”
Danny meanwhile said: “I was expecting a dumping but I felt like me and Jourdan may have been safe because out of the three couples we were the only romantically involved people.
“I was gutted though but I’m really grateful for my journey.”

When asked whether he had a future with Jourdan outside of the villa, Danny said: “I’m excited to date her and travel, meet families and do all the normal stuff that we haven’t done yet.
“I feel like I know so much about her and her character. I know her personality on a deep level but she doesn’t know my parents’ names or the simple things! I’m excited to do the normal things.”
Jourdan added: “I think me and Danny will actually get to date without cameras and microphones and other people.
“I came in looking for a best friend and we’ve already said that we have a really strong friendship if not best friendship.

“I feel like what’s next is to take that to a further romantic level.
“And to get to know each other in a normal world.”
Danny and Jourdan are the latest Love Island 2019 cast members to be dumped after Callum Macleod, Elma Pazar, Joe Garrett, Yewande Biala, Tom Walker, Arabella Chi, Stevie Bradley, Nabila Badda, Maria Wild, Lavena Back, Dennon Lewis and Dan Rose.
Meanwhile, Sherif Lanre was kicked off the show on day nine, while Amy Hart left the show today, though this will not be shown on screen until Tuesday’s installment of Love Island 2019.
