Death In Paradise aired one of its most shocking episodes to date this evening.
The BBC murder mystery left fans on a cliff-hanger and viewers certainly didn’t see it coming.
Florence Cassell (played by Joséphine Jobert) thought she had solved this week’s murder with Di Jack Mooney (Ardal O’Hanlon).
But she later heard her husband Patrice Campbell (Leemore Marrett) on a dodgy phone call with someone and followed him to see what was going on.
Patrice led her to an abandoned warehouse in the middle of nowhere.
Inquisitive Florence continued deep in the building but she couldn’t really see anything in the dark place.
She was shouting for Patrice, telling him she could help him with any trouble he had found himself in.
But someone didn’t want her to get out alive and stabbed her brutally.
Florence fell to the floor in agony as she clutched at her bleeding stomach.
With no one actually knowing where she is, does this mean Florence has been killed?
And was it even Patrice who attacked her?
Fans were beside themselves when they saw the shocking cliffhanger and flocked to Twitter to beg for Florence to be alive when Death In Paradise continues next week.
One wrote: “That episode tonight was the best episode of #DeathInParadise I’ve ever watched. Really well done. I can’t wait to find out what happens next and praying that Florence doesn’t die.”
A second begged: “You can’t kill Florence! You just can’t!”
