The February New Moon peaks later today, just after 9pm GMT here in the UK. As the New Moon rises in the darkened skies, it’s presence might not be visible to the eye, but it will be felt in the horoscopes. The New Moon arrives today at approximately 15-degrees in the zodiac of Aquarius. Coincidentally, the New Moon also kick starts the Chinese New Year of the Pig.

“The Pig is connected with abundance, good fortune and prosperity.

But this is also an opportunity to ponder whether what you are hoping to achieve in the long run serves your best interests.
Ms Goldsmith said: “At the time of this New Moon, with the Earth Pig energy, it’s an opportunity for us to look at new and creative ways to deal with your finances.
“Are you working only in order to make money? Are you doing what you love and trusting that you will be taken care of?
