The box office hit Bohemian Rhapsody is coming to home release sooner than fans may have thought. Today 20th Century Fox announced the Freddie Mercury biopic would be available on Digital Download from February 16th in the UK. Meanwhile, the film is released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD from March 4. As for the special features, there are a few treats for Queen fans.
All four platforms for home release include the complete Live Aid movie performance.
This 22-minute recreation of Queen’s 1985 performance includes two never-before-seen songs, Crazy Little Thing Called Love and We Will Rock You.
Meanwhile, the Blu-ray and Digital versions all feature interviews with Queen and Bohemian Rhapsody’s cast and creative team.
This includes Rami Malek: Becoming Freddie, The Look and Sound of Queen and Recreating Live Aid.
Also, sing-a-long screenings of Bohemian Rhapsody will take place in a number of London cinemas on Friday, January 11.
The screenings will simultaneously take place at 8pm in a couple of Fridays time.
BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is available in the UK on Digital Download February 16th and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD March 4th.
