Anthony Davis
NBA pundit Stephen A. Smith has suggested Anthony Davis should demand a trade to Los Angeles Lakers after growing increasingly frustrated at New Orleans Pelicans.
Davis continuously performs at the highest level but he is unable to single-handedly drag the Pelicans to victories.
The power forward wants to move to a Championship-contending team and Smith reckons for it to happen he must make the request.
“After this year, [the Lakers have] got to get somebody in free agency. Kevin Durant’s going to be a free agent, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis signed with Klutch Sports under Rich Paul,” Smith said.
“Presumably [Davis] wants to be in L.A.

“I even have some people saying he should demand a trade now to try to facilitate his arrival in Los Angeles with LeBron James.
“You are Magic Johnson and you’ve got to get one of those players and if you don’t get one of those players and the Clippers end up getting up Durant and Kawhi Leonard.
“The only thing I would compare it to is Jerry West stealing Shaquille O’Neal from the Orlando Magic like a thief in the night.”
LeBron James
LeBron James dropped a surprise message about a trade to New York Knicks during an on-court chat with long-term friend Dwyane Wade.
“I appreciate you letting it end here,” the retiring Wade said at the Staples Centre after the pair’s final meeting as the Lakers beat the Heat
James replied with a shock statement: “It was either here or the Garden, that’s it.”
Garden refers to Madison Square Garden, home of the Knicks, hinting that he could have signed for the Eastern Conference outfit instead of the Lakers.
Kevin Durant
Kevin Durant did not agree with his boss’ verdict after Golden State Warriors lost to Toronto Raptors last night.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr believes his side are now struggling to get motivation for matches after their loss to a Championship rival.
“Nah,” Durant said when asked about the team’s lack of motivation.
“I wouldn’t say that beating us two times will give them extra confidence. They have been ballin’ before they beat us and they will be ballin’ after they beat us.”
