
Many online services are reportedly suffering server issues tonight, including YouTube being down alongside the likes of the Google PlayStore and Drive.
“Videos aren’t loading, and they aren’t downloading with YouTube Red. Is this the crash of YouTube 2: electric boogaloo?” one user writes.
It’s unclear what is causing tonight’s problems, however, there are several thousand reports from users on trouble accessing core services.
And it isn’t just YouTube; Google is reportedly down for some users in the United States and the United Kingdom.

“Also, Google ReCaptcha doesn’t pop up in my download site. other search engines working perfectly.”
Other reports include problems with Spotify and Snapchat, so this might mean some kind of issue with a service being used by all of these services.
Hopefully, this will be a short-lived outage, however, expect an official update within the hour if problems continue.
From the many reports being shared on outage tracking sites, it appears that YouTube, Google Search, Google PlayStore and Google Drive are currently down.
