Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell will take on the Samba to MMMBop by Hanson tomorrow night in the latest Strictly Come Dancing 2018 instalment.

However, the YouTuber said it been a “tough” week in view of his 5.7 million Instagram followers.

But, the 27-year-old had nothing but sweet words to say to the professional dancer, 29, who blew him kisses across the studio.

The vlogger said she had been a “saint” in the video upload as he laid on the studio floor exhausted.

“So we’ve done about, how many did you say?” Joe asked her. “We think over 40 hours of training this week.

The star continued: “But, this is without a doubt, the hardest dance I’ve done. I’m definitely not a Samba dancer but I’ve tried as hard as I can and that’s all that matters.

“In spite of that, I’m really proud to say that I’ve put everything I have into this week.”

Moving on to chat about singer Dianne, he stated: “And this girl right here has had the patience of an absolute saint. There should be a little halo above your head.

“But as always, you guys have been absolutely incredible. All the tweets, all the messages we’ve been getting this week have been exactly what we need to get us through this tough old Samba week.”

Joe later took to the app once again after arriving home, revealing how he was relaxing after struggling in rehearsals.

He said: “You can probably hear water in the background – I’m having a bath at 10 to 11, as you do.”

The star added: “It’s really important to have downtime as well as training time, I’ve realised.

“But there’s been no time this week to have downtime, so now is my downtime. I’m going to have a bath and try and think Samba vibes.”

It comes after bookmakers Ladbrokes bumped him up the odds in relation to who will lift the Glitterball trophy next month.

With current favourite Stacey Dooley on 6/4, he is just behind her with odds of 3/1 of triumphing.

Hot on his heels is Faye Tozer (4/1), Ashley Roberts (6/1) and Danny John-Jules (12/1).

Meanwhile, they have tipped Kate Silverton to leave next on 2/1, with Graeme Swann next with 3/1.

The newsreader is yet to find herself in the dance-off, however the cricketer went up against Seann Walsh last month.
