WWE Smackdown: Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch’s championship match ends in CHAOS

Charlotte got a rematch for Lynch’s title on Smackdown after The Irish Lass Kicker got herself intentionally disqualified during their last encounter at WWE Super Show-Down in Australia.

The Irish grappler whacked the challenger with the belt to avoid tapping out to the Figure Eight let weekend at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Their rematch kicked off the show in Indianapolis with a lot of pressure being put on Lynch as she would lose the title if she got herself disqualified again.

The two Smackdown superstars held nothing back as the match became so vicious that the champion tried to retreat, but Charlotte dragged her back to the ring.

The referee suffered a bump during the heated encounter and almost disqualified Becky Balboa when he saw her holding the belt in the ring as he thought she was ready to use it against her opponent again.

The two ex-NXT stars then took the action at ringside as they threw each other around with a series of Suplexes.

However, it seems like they spent too much time outside of the ring as they were both eventually counted out.

Lynch tried to exit the arena after the bell but Charlotte chased her and Speared her through the LED video board.

None of the two wrestlers could get back on their feet after the insane collision and The Queen was left with a bloody arm as the impact caused her a vicious cut.

Smackdown General Manager Paige announced that both superstars have been cleared to compete in the near future and will have one more rematch.

Lynch and Charlotte will face each other in the first ever Last Woman Standing Match at WWE’s inaugural all-women’s Pay-Per-View show Evolution.

The historic event takes place on October 28 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in New York.

The two competitors used to be best friends since their NXT days but they turned into bitter rivals at SummerSlam during a Triple Threat Match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, which also included then title-holder Carmella.

Lynch was ready to make the champion tap out to the Dis-Arm-Her but then Charlotte pinned her after hitting her with Natural Selection.

That infuriated The Irish Lass Kicker as she turned heel and carried out a savage attack on her former friend.

She then claimed that Charlotte sabotaged her title bid and had been holding her back for years but then got her revenge at Hell in a Cell where she won the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
