PUBG Xbox One update patch notes REVEALED: Battlegrounds gets first major October update

UPDATE: PUBG Battlegrounds developer Bluehole has changed its server maintenance plans.

The Battlegrounds developer originally planned to take the game offline for two hours, but has since said that no downtime will take place on Xbox One.

Instead, the patch will drop at around 11am UK time.

“There will be no maintenance on Live Servers for this update. The hotfix will be available for download at 3am PDT / 12pm CEST.”

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

The latest Battlegrounds patch isn’t particularly large, but it does warrant a couple of hours of server downtime.

The news was announced by PUBG developer Bluehole on Twitter, alongside a link to the Xbox One patch notes.

“Xbox Players: Live servers will enter maintenance for 2 hours starting October 1 at 1am PDT / 10am CEST,” reads a Bluehole tweet.

“We will be deploying a hotfix to address issues with achievements not tracking or unlocking and the party not updating when a player leaves.”

The patch notes explain that user IDs aren’t always being sent back to the server, which is why Achievements aren’t always tracking.

Bluehole is working on two bigger updates that will launch in October, as well as a November Training mode update.

The October updates will add a new option to report players for teaming, as well as new weapons, vehicles and items.

There’s also a reward system on the way, although Bluehole will reveal more details at a later date.

The Training mode, meanwhile, was pushed back after the PUBG developer identified some stability issues.

In the meantime, you can download today’s hotfix, which will be available next time you login.
