F1 Russia Grand Prix LIVE STREAM: How to watch Formula One from Sochi live online

Formula One is back with the world’s best drivers about to face off at the Russian Grand Prix.

Mercedes star and defending champion Lewis Hamilton goes into today’s race with a commanding lead in the F1 standings.

Hamilton has a 40 point lead over Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel going into the Russian Grand Prix.

And with only six races left Vettel has all the work to do if he stands a chance of claiming a fifth world title.

Going into today’s race Hamilton sent an ominous warning as he said he was feeling “stronger than ever”.

The four-time world champion said: “I feel healthy, happier and stronger than ever. It still feels like it has been a long year.

“But I have had plenty of time to myself, and some really good quality time with family, so I do feel really good for this last stint.”

While Vettel said he was still committed to taking the title fight to Mercedes in his Ferrari.

He said: “I think it’s very simple from where we are. We are some points behind and we need to catch up to make sure we stay there.

“That’s our target and the best way to do that is to finish ahead, and ideally ahead of everybody. So the plan doesn’t really change.

“Obviously at this point we try to give it everything we have and I still believe that we have the chance.”
