Best Phones Under Rs.40,000 (March 2018) | Digit.in

When you have a budget of about 40,000 you are looking for a smartphone that can rival flagships but doesn’t cost you a kidney. The sub 40k price point till now was dominated by past gen flagships or stripped down versions of a flagship device. Today, however, we have smartphones launching in this pricepoint to cater to the cusomer who wants a flagship experience but doesnt want to spend 50k on it. Here is our list.

OnePlus 5T (Review – https://www.digit.in/mobile-phones/oneplus-5t-review-68706.html )

The OnePlus 5T is a fantastic overall smartphone. It has an 18:9 display, a good dual camera setup, has recieved the Android O update and the performance is a beast. The display is good too and the battery life is one of the best out there. Marry that with dash charge and you have a device that’s nearly perfect. The smartphone does have the occasional bug here and there, but the overall performance is fantastic and value for money.

Moto Z2 Force (First Impressions – https://www.digit.in/mobile-phones/moto-z2-force-first-impressions-arrives-late-to-the-flagship-party-but-with-a-force-39609.html )

The Moto Z2 force is a smartphone with a shatterproof display. So you can drop it more than a few times without worrying about the screen breaking. The smartphone also works with moto mods, making it a great customizable smartphone. Add to it great battery life, stock Android O and smooth performance, and you have a very unique device under Rs 40,000.

Honor V10 (Review – https://www.digit.in/mobile-phones/huawei-honor-view-10-review-123569.html)

Before you argue that this is the best phone, we agree that it is and thats why its the number one phone in our under 30k list thanks to its price point. The View 10 has a great display, good battery life and a bunch of features under its AI umbrella that are quite handy. If you want to go sub 30k then this is the one for you. The only downside is that it’s hard to get your hands on one.

Mi Mix 2 (Review – https://www.digit.in/mobile-phones/xiaomi-mi-mix-2-review-123919.html)

According to us, the Mi Mix 2 is the best looking phone under 40k. It has great hardware under the hood, an attractive display and one of the best battery lives we’ve seen on a smartphone. It is a great contender for the sub 40k price bracket.

Google Pixel (Review – https://www.digit.in/mobile-phones/htc-google-pixel-review-48709.html)

The first generation pixel is still a fantastic device for those interested. It is one generation old, but still has a great camera, Google’s unlimited cloud storage for photos, stock Android, and fluid performance. The display on the smartphone is good too. It will get the Android P update for sure and the phone is compatible with Daydream.
