F1 Drivers’ World Championship 2018 standings: Points table after German Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton has surged back to the top of the Drivers’ Championship standings after pulling off a spectacular victory in the German Grand Prix.

Starting 14th on the grid, Hamilton was the only driver to attempt a one-stop strategy and took advantage when his title rival Sebastian Vettel crashed out.

The Ferrari ace lost control heading into the Sachs Curve as he struggled around with slick tyres on a damp track.
