Mission Impossible 6: Is there an end credits scene in Mission Impossible Fallout?

Mission: Impossible six is coming to cinemas in the not too distant future.

With the release still several days away, Express.co.uk can at least tell you if it’s worth sitting through the credits.

Will there be an end credits scene for the new Mission Impossible Fallout?

Sadly, for fans looking to eke out every second of their time in the cinema, there is no post-credit scene in Mission: Impossible – Fallout.

Fans have been waiting quite a while for the sixth film in the series.

On July 28, 2015, during an appearance on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Cruise confirmed he would be reprising his role as Ethan Hunt.

He added the shooting of the film would start in summer 2016.

Christopher McQuarrie returned to write Mission Impossible six and eventually confirmed he would also direct the sequel.

Other Mission Impossible favourites returning for the sequel are Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames,

Rebecca Ferguson, Alec Baldwin, Michelle Monaghan, and Sean Harris are all also reprising their roles.

Newcomers to the Mission Impossible series include Henry Cavill (Superman), Angela Bassett (Black Panther), and Vanessa Kirby (The Crown).

Sadly not returning to the movie is Jeremy Renner.

Renner is best known for playing Hawkeye in Marvel movies, and it was in fact scheduling conflicts with Avengers: Infinity War that prevented him from reprising his role.

Filming began in Paris on April 10, with other locations including Britain, New Zealand and Norway.

Mission Impossible 6 follows an IMF mission which ends badly, resulting in the escape of baddie Solomon Lane from custody.

Ethan Hunt takes it upon himself to fulfil his original briefing the CIA begins to question his loyalty and his motives.

He finds himself in a race against time, hunted by assassins and former allies while trying to prevent a global catastrophe.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout will be released in UK cinemas on July 25.
