After 28-year-old socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pulled off a stunning upset in New York’s 14th Congressional District, Illinois senator Tammy Duckworth told CNN that Ocasio-Cortez’s brand of socialism might be the future of the party in the Bronx but not in the Midwest.
