‘GET OFF HIM!’ Father CHOKES teen for tormenting his stepdaughter in shocking attack

Footage of the incident shows the brutal moment the man approaches the teenager who is sat down in a skate park, and grabs him by the throat.

The 53-year-old tracked the boy down to a skate park in The Gap, a Brisbane suburb in Australia, on Sunday.

He started the confrontation with a verbal warning but soon jumped on him, grabbing his throat with both hands.

With the use of his strength, he then pushed him on the boy on his back. 

The scared teen looked for help waving his arms and hit the man on his chest in a desperate attempt to free himself from his grip.

Friends of the teen were then filmed intervening, shouting “Get the f*** off him, get off him!”

They eventually succeeding in freeing their peer from the man’s hands.

The boy reported the incident to the police, showing them the video of the attack. 

As a result, the stepfather has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and will face court in two weeks, Australian TV station Seven News reports.

Queensland Police told Daily Mail Australia: “A 53-year-old man from The Gap has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 20.

“It will be alleged that around 3.20pm on March 3, a man assaulted a 14-year-old boy at a skate park on Glen Affric Street in The Gap.”

The man could face up to five years in prison if convicted, according to Australian law.
