PSG vs Real Madrid: Ultras behind BLASTS outside team hotel ahead of Champions League game

Around 50 PSG supporters met up outside the Hotel du Collectionneur, near the Arc de Triomphe, at 1.30am this morning before making a racket in a bid to deprive Zinedine Zidane’s squad of sleep.

The police soon arrived at the scene after being called by Real Madrid’s security team.

According to reports in Spain, two ultras were arrested.

The Parisian police are reportedly set to step up security for the team’s trip from the hotel to Parc des Princes this evening.

PSG fans had earlier taken to streets of Paris to give a hostile welcome.

A group of supporters carried a banner which read: “F*** Madrid”.

boss Unai Emery has called on the team’s fans to be their 12th man tonight.

“You play a game with your head and your heart,” Emery said. “Tomorrow the heart will be the most important thing

“And we will be playing with 12 players tomorrow because we will have the backing of the crowd.”

PSG are 3-1 down from the first leg at the Bernabeu last month.

Adrien Rabiot fired them ahead in the 33rd minute before Cristiano Ronaldo levelled the scores on the brink of half time.

PSG had a number of chances after the break but Ronaldo and Marcelo struck late on to give the Spanish giants a healthy advantage heading into the second leg.

Neymar is out of the game after undergoing surgery on a fractured metatarsal.
