Rojo clashed with City ace David Silva during the first half of the Manchester derby.
The defender was pictured with blood oozing from the gash on his head, however, referee Michael Oliver deemed the foul committed by Rojo as a bookable offence and was quickly show a yellow.
Manchester United’s medical team rushed onto the pitch to treat Rojo and it looked like he would be replaced by Victor Lindelof.
However, he recovered to play the remainder of the first half before being substituted at half-time.
