Spanish outlet Don Balon say the defender is on Florentino Perez’s radar as a potential replacement for Dani Carvajal.

He could reportedly be lured to the Bernabeu for around £35million
Ozil to United odds
07.30: Manchester United are now odds-on with Ladbrokes to be Mesut Ozil’s next club.
The Arsenal midfielder is 10/11 to swap the Emirates for Old Trafford and a January move is priced as 3/4.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “With contract talks continuing to stall at Arsenal, it’s now looking increasingly likely that Wenger will cash in on his German playmaker in the coming months.
“But if the latest odds are anything to go by, a decision to sell Ozil to United may result in an increase in sales of ‘Wenger Out’ banners during the second half of the season.”
