Ahead of iPhone 8 and iPhone X release date, Samsung slashes price of Galaxy S8 AGAIN

All eyes were on earlier this week with the US technology giant revealing its all-new and .

These flagship devices feature new displays, upgraded processors, improved cameras and the ability to charge wirelessly.

The iPhone X also includes a totally revamped design with a display that covers the entire front of the device.

This 5.8-inch OLED display is the brightest and sharpest screen ever seen on an iPhone.

Facial recognition, called Face ID, now replaces the Touch ID fingerprint scanner with the iPhone X being unlocked simply by glancing at it.

So, with Apple about to unveil one of its most radical new smartphones in years, Samsung appears keen to lure some Apple fans away before it’s launched.

The Korean technology firm has just sent out an offer which allows iPhone owners the chance to grab a Galaxy S8 for just £19.99 per month.

The deal is based on 24 monthly payments with the total price paid for the S8, including a one-off deposit of £53, coming in at £533 – that’s £156 less than the standard S8 price.

However, there is a catch as to get the deal smartphone fans have to give Samsung their old iPhone.

The cheeky deal runs from now until October 8th with Samsung’s only conditions stating that the iPhone must be able to power up, be an iPhone 4 or newer and must not be a blacklisted device.

As Samsung reveals its new S8 deal many stores have just released prices for the new iPhone 8.

All the major retailers are stocking this latest phone with prices starting from around £40 per month on contract.

Although the iPhone X won’t arrive until November, Apple has revealed prices ahead of its launch and it’s the most expensive smartphone they have ever made.

SIM-only, the iPhone X will cost from £999 and contract prices are expected to be as high as £60 per month.
