That is the view of former West Ham goalkeeper turned pundit Shaka Hislop.
Bale, 28, has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United in recent seasons with Jose Mourinho a long-term admirer.
United sparked renewed interest in the Wales international this summer after apparently enquiring about his availability.
But Real rebuffed Manchester United’s approach by supposedly insisting that he is not for sale at any price.
However, the La Liga giants are said to have indicated that they could be more open to offers in 12 months time – but for no less than £90million.

The former Tottenham forward, who still has five years to run on his current contract, has fallen behind the likes of Isco and Marco Asensio at the Bernabeu.
And if the duo continue to rise and force Gareth Bale out of the team, Hislop reckons Real Madrid will be ‘very happy’ to do business at the end of the season.
He also insisted that the Southampton academy product has a point to prove and has ‘unfinished business’ in the Premier League.
“Manchester United will be coming in for Gareth Bale every summer it seems until he decides to go to United or elsewhere,” Hislop told ESPN FC.
“But I think, for the right price, Real Madrid will be very happy to do business.
“The question is if Bale is ready to leave Madrid just yet, and knowing Bale, knowing his position himself, his career since moving to La Liga and his agent – he feels there is unfinished business.
“He still has a lot to offer and maybe leaving now is a little bit premature in terms of what he wants to achieve in Spain.
“But I don’t doubt for a moment that Manchester United are interested in Bale and if he moves he would be a huge asset to the club and their ambitions.”
