His words come as President Trump has reportedly for the moment backed off a threat last month to shut down the US Government if he was not provided money for a US-Mexico border wall, risking backlash from his biggest supporters.
Mike Carrafa, a proud Trump supporter and the owner of Doc Holidays Saloon in Arizona, was even stood behind Mr Trump at a rally of his in Phoenix last month.
Speaking of why Trump appeals to him, he explained: “It’s like you’re talking to your buddy.
“It’s like talking to somebody you know. It’s not like talking to a politician.”
He added: “I’m from an Italian family. And he turned around a couple of times and he puts his hands out and he goes ‘What am I gonna do? I mean what do I gotta say?’ You know what I mean?

Mr Trump last month suggested at a rally in Arizona that he would be willing to shut down the US Government if Congress sent him a funding bill that did not include money for a US-Mexico border wall.
During the rally, he said: “If we have to close down our government, we’re building that wall.”
The White House has since told Congress it does not need to include money for President Trump’s proposed border wall in its upcoming budget bill, according to the Washington Post.
Although they have signalled to lawmakers that the wall’s eventual construction remains a top priority for Mr Trump.
The US President wants this funding to be included in Congress’ December budget bill, Republican congressional aides have claimed.
