Floyd Mayweather is one of the wealthiest sport stars with a net worth estimated to be over £270million.
And his final boxing match against Conor McGregor tonight will only deepen his pockets even more with the fight expected to generate close to £770m revenue.
The lead up to the fight has been filled with global press conferences with both fighters and their entourage showing off a jet-set lifestyle.
Tickets have gone on re-sale for up to $10,000 and the belt for the winner has been encrusted with 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, 160 emeralds and approximately 3.3 pounds of 24-karat gold.
So it’s no wonder the fight has been labeled the money fight with both fighters happy to show off their love of cold hard cash.
But the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas have attempted to make cuts on the night of the fight.
Instead of a simple plaque on the door for Mayweather’s dressing room, instead there is a crumpled up piece of paper stuck on with masking tape.
Boxing journalist Andy Scott shared a picture of Mayweather’s dressing room door on his Twitter page.
He said: “For the last time ever… allegedly.”
