The Victoria’s Secret show this year is rumoured to be taking place in Shanghai, China – as the brand is expanding the the region.

However, the international company has yet to confirm this.

So who is walking in the show this year, set to take place in November?

The Victoria’s Secret angels are the creme de la creme of lingerie models and wear wings during the show to display their status.

A number of familiar faces will return to the runway as angels this year, including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and Behati Prinsloo.

A number of other models have revealed they will be walking in the spectacle as models on their Instagram accounts, but without angel status.

They include Amila Estevao, Nadine Leopold and Estelle Chen.

Every model – unless they have an ‘Angel’ contract – has to audition, no matter how many times they have walked previously.

Ed Razek, chief marketing officer of Victoria’s Secret, told Vogue backstage: “You don’t get a free pass to this show, you don’t get in because you are somebody, you get in because you earned it.”

Models across the globe have been rejected from the runway – and last year’s hottest star, Gigi, 21, was one of the biggest names to get a no.

It’s widely believed Tyra Banks, who shot to fame as one of the brand’s Angels between 1997 and 2005 was rejected from the show back in 2014.
