Gamers are also confirming problems with capturing footage on Xbox One consoles and other services connected with Friends Lists.
The latest from Microsoft explains: “Hello Xbox members, we’re currently experiencing an issue. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please check back for updates.”
“We are seeing indications that we are on the path to recovery with the issue causing problems with viewing Achievements, Friends List or the activity of friends and we expect to be back up and running shortly.”
It’s unclear what has caused issues tonight, but it appears that only certain Xbox One users have been affected, suggesting that this isn’t a worldwide outage.
Meanwhile, users are reporting issues logging into Xbox Live services tonight on Xbox One. This appears to be affecting console owners in the United States.
