Michelle Obama heartache: Ex-FLOTUS posts heartbreaking Twitter update for emotional cause

The former First Lady is known for supporting a plethora of charities which focus on empowering woman and women’s education. This week is no different as Michelle took to the social media platform to share with her fans the work she has been doing. 

She said in her post: “This week I sat down with  @LanaCondor and some #ObamaLeaders to learn more about their work to empower girls in communities across Asia. 

“They’re helping to remove barriers that prevent girls from pursuing their dreams, and I can’t wait to see the good that comes from their work.”

The post included a heartfelt picture with Michelle stood with girls from a community in Asia. 

Twitter users took to the social media platform to share their support for the former FLOTUS.

Another user who called themselves ‘Concerned human’ said: “Mrs. President Obama, sincerity and will all my heart.

“You would command respect and with swift action, send trump packing in 2020! I vote for you!”

However, some users criticised Michelle for her post.

One user said: “You’re a joke like your husband.”

Another said: “You are a complete JOKE!!!  

“You will go down as the worst and most embarrassing lady in the White House who took such advantage of America and the American people.”

Before becoming First Lady, Michelle attended Princeton University and Harvard Law School.

She had a career as an attorney at a Chicago Law firm called Sidley & Austin, where she also met her husband Barack Obama.

She then worked at the Chicago mayor’s office, the University of Chicago and the University of Chicago Medical Centre.
