Chloe Madeley arrives in Australia to support I’m A Celebrity star husband James Haskell

Chloe Madeley, 32, was pictured at Brisbane Airport today after arriving in Australia to show support for her husband James Haskell.

The daughter of TV presenters Richard and Judy appeared to be in good spirits as she made her way through the terminal with her luggage in tow ahead of the first I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! eliminations.

After two weeks in the jungle, rugby union star James and his fellow campmates are nearing the end of their stint on the ITV show.

Fitness fan Chloe showed off her toned abs at the airport, opting for a black cropped top and matching jogging bottoms for her long-haul flight.

She wore her long tresses loose over her shoulders and finished off her look with a comfortable pair of trainers.

Yesterday, Chloe, who married the sportsman in December last year, took to Instagram to praise her “soulmate” after tensions began to fly in camp.

She told her 204,000 followers: “Word on the street is that munch had a good show. That’s my boy.”

Following reports of a confrontation, she continued: “He has an opinion, he has a mouth, and he has a golden heart behind it all. That’s my soulmate right there. Beyond proud.”

Tuesday night’s episode saw 34-year-old James snap at Coronation Street star Andy Whyment, 38, over dinner followed by a dig at the actor last night when he became camp deputy.

When the new line-up was revealed, James, who was previously camp leader, said: “Talk about the power of Corrie mate.”

Viewers were annoyed at the remark which seemed to imply that the actor, who plays Kirk Sutherland on the ITV soap opera, was only voted because of his Coronation Street fan base.

One person tweeted: “James really p***ed me off saying to Andy ‘the power of corrie’ when he was voted deputy – no it’s cos he’s a nice person.”

Another added: “The power of Corrie”??? Did James just really say that! Like Andy hasn’t got that off his own back!”
