FIFA 20 Early Access: Great news for PS4 and Xbox gamers before early release date

There a couple of different ways to get early access to FIFA 20 on PS4 and Xbox One this week.

Fans will already know about the ten-hour trial available on EA Access, the Electronic Arts gaming service for Xbox One & PS4 that lets you try brand new games before launch day and save 10% on purchases.

But there are a few other ways that fans will want to know about before the full release date on September 27.

EA Access membership costs £3.99 per month or £19.99 for a year’s worth of membership on PS4 or Xbox One.

And you will also be able to play major EA titles such as Battlefield V, Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Anthem.

vCard QR Code

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

But you will still need to buy a full version of FIFA 20 on PS4 and Xbox One after the ten-hour trial is over.

And there are versions of the game you can purchase that will give you access to an early release date of September 24.

This includes the Ultimate or Champions Editions of the game, which cost more than the base version.

Pre-ordering either of these FIFA 20 bundles will provide you with bonuses, such as the three-day early access period.

They also come with additional FUT packs and Loan Icon Player Picks for fans of Ultimate Team.

And for FIFA fans in the United States, you can grab a copy of FIFA 20 even earlier than September 24.

Certain retailers will be selling FIFA 20 Champions Edition a day earlier, making it possible to grab a copy on Monday, September 23.

This includes Best Buy, who have confirmed that they will have FIFA 20 available to purchase at 9pm local time.

These are physical versions of the game, meaning you won’t be able to find them online.

It should also be noted that this only includes the Champions Edition, with the Standard version available to buy on September 26.

Other US retailers are known to do this, so it will be worth calling up your local Gamestop and Target to find out more.

For gamers in the UK, there are also retailers who have been known to sell copies of FIFA early.

Retail chain GAME host early launches for some of the biggest releases, the last one being Borderlands 3.

But fans will have to check with their local store, as these types of events are up to the discretion of the manager.

So while some GAME stores might be hosting early launches, there is no guarantee it will be available nationwide.

“How does getting this year’s FIFA 3 days early sound? Pretty dang good to us, which makes the Champions Edition perfect for restless FIFA fans like us,” a message from GAME reads.

“With the Champions Edition, you’ll get early access to the game from 24 September, alongside those special edition FUT kits and a Loan Icon Player Pick.

“On top of that, you’ll get a Rare Gold Player Pack every week for 12 weeks, which should help give your Ultimate Team an early-season boost.

“With a name like the Ultimate Edition, you’d expect it to be the pick of the bunch.

“And this digital-only edition is a strong offering, giving you three days early access, alongside everything that comes with the Champion’s Edition.

“However, instead of getting one Rare Gold Player Pack every week for 12 weeks, you’ll get 2 per week, for a total of 24 packs altogether.”

The official FIFA 20 release date has been set for September 27 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
