The reality celeb took to her platform to post before and after shots of her thyroid and thanked her fans for pointing out how large it seemed during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion episode. Denise Richards updated her followers on the improvement with her thyroid by sharing pics and also made sure to include a sweet message addressed to her supporters who helped her take care of her health better.
Denise revealed that she took their advice and decided to stop eating gluten after it became apparent that her thyroid was dangerously enlarged.
‘It’s amazing to me how in a short time eliminating gluten from my diet how much my thyroid’s changed. A few of you pointed out right after the RHOBH reunion that my thyroid was enlarged. You were right, an it was something that I ignored until pointed out. I had no idea just how much our diet can affect our body and for me, just how toxic gluten can really be … I thank you all who sent me messages. #selfcare,’ the star wrote.
As you may know, fans noticed the enlarged thyroid and commented on it, concerned, after seeing the woman in the sleeveless tan dress she had on for the reunion episode.
