The Vikings season five finale will see half-brothers Ubbe (played by Jordan Patrick Smith) and Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) attempt to overthrow fellow sibling Ivar (Alex Hogh Andersen) from his thrones.
Season five has been building up to a bloody showdown between the trio all series, from Ubbe seeking help from the Danish Kings in episode Baldur to Bjorn fighting King Harald (Peter Franzen) over their plans for Ivar in What Happens in the Cave.
With the battle finally here, viewers can expect a brutal and action-packed finale filled with shooting arrows, sword fights, and numerous tragedies.

A teaser trailer for the finale of Vikings season five aired on History shortly after episode 19 had aired.
The promo features several shots from the chaotic scenes of battle, showing several casualties on both sides.
Ivar, Bjorn, and Ubbe all feature in the trailer, as do Torvi (Georgia Hirst) and King Harald.
One character who doesn’t appear in the promo is Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick), however, with many fans worried about her future on the show following her capture by Ivar earlier the season.
Lagertha was found in episode 18 of season five, but whether the character will emerge in the season finale to seek vengeance on Ivar is unknown.
