Amazon cuts Echo price again but there’s an even better deal to be grabbed

The Amazon Echo Dot is one of the most affordable ways of introducing a smart speaker to your home.

This cut-price device offers the ability to play music, discover the latest news and even switch on your heating via simple voice commands.

The Echo Dot was refreshed late last year with it now featuring an improved design and much louder sound with this update appearing to have been hugely popular.

Amazon has been out of Dot stock throughout the whole of December and the delays are continuing with a recent update on the website showing this device won’t be available until March.

Despite the stock shortage, the Dot can be ordered via Amazon with the online retail giant currently cutting the price to just £29.99 – a saving of £20 off the usual cost.

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

This is a good deal but, if you want one sooner than March, then there is an even better offer available right now.

Very.co.uk currently has limited stock of the Black model with the online retailer also cutting the price to just £29.99.

YOU CAN THE VERY.CO.UK DOT DEAL HERE

According to the latest updates on its website, Very.co.uk is stating a one-day delivery for this speaker which means you’ll get it much faster than ordering from Amazon.

Along with Very stocking the Dot, Argos also has some availability with the White and Black models ready to collect in store although these are being sold at the original £49.99 price and not with the £20 discount.

YOU CAN FIND THE ARGOS DOT STOCK HERE

The popular retailer says its Dot stock is limited and it’s unclear how long this speaker will be available for.

It’s worth noting that Argos is also currently selling the original Echo Dot on its website with prices starting from £34.99.

Although stock of the Echo Dot is still in short supply there is another option if you are desperate to joint the smart speaker revolution.

The Google Home Mini is being sold at a discounted price of £29.99 as well.

This device offers all of the smart features found on the Dot with it able to search the web, control your home and play music via a simple “Ok Google comand.”

John Lewis and Currys both have Google Home Mini stock available right now with all colours also ready to buy.
